Last Color — Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Last Color account and the data linked to it. You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us by email — you do not need the app installed to make the request.
1. Delete your account inside the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- In the lobby, tap ⚙ next to your nickname to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
You disappear from the leaderboard right away and are signed out on this device.
2. Ask us by email
Send a request to [email protected] from the email address you signed in with (Google or Kakao). We use that address to confirm the account is yours — we cannot delete an account we cannot match.
If you cannot use that address, include your nickname and your 6-character player code (shown next to your nickname in Settings). We complete the request and reply within 30 days.
3. Delete only some of your data, without deleting your account
- Nickname: change it any time in Settings → Nickname. Rounds you play afterwards show the new name.
- Purchase record: email [email protected]. Note that "Remove ads" then stops working on your account until you restore the purchase.
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in Android Settings → Google → Ads. This data is held by Google, not by us.
Individual round results cannot be removed one by one — they are also part of the other players' history. Deleting your account (section 1) unlinks all of them from you at once (see section 5).
4. What is deleted

These are hard deletes — the rows are removed, not flagged. You can sign up again later with the same email address; it starts as a brand-new account with no history.
Your Google Play purchase itself stays with your Google account: if you sign up again, Settings → Restore purchases brings "Remove ads" back.
The hetero8 sign-in account is shared by hetero8 games that use the same sign-in (for example CANDY POP). Deleting it here does not delete the data those games keep. If you also want that data gone, delete your account in that game first, or email us and we will delete both.
5. What is kept, and for how long

이 페이지는 Last Color 계정과 그에 연결된 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다. 앱 안에서 직접 하실 수 있고, 메일로 요청하셔도 됩니다 — 요청에 앱 설치가 필요하지 않습니다.
1. 앱 안에서 직접 삭제하기
- 앱을 열고 로그인합니다.
- 로비에서 닉네임 옆의 ⚙ 를 눌러 설정 을 엽니다.
- 계정 삭제 를 누릅니다.
- 확인 창에서 삭제한다 를 누릅니다. 삭제는 즉시 이루어지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
랭킹에서 곧바로 사라지고, 이 기기에서 로그아웃됩니다.
2. 메일로 요청하기
[email protected] 으로, 로그인에 쓰신 메일 주소(Google 또는 Kakao)에서 보내 주십시오. 본인 계정임을 그 주소로 확인합니다 — 대조할 수 없는 계정은 삭제해 드릴 수 없습니다.
그 주소를 쓸 수 없으시면 닉네임과 6자리 공개 코드(설정에서 닉네임 옆에 표시)를 적어 주십시오. 30일 이내에 처리하고 답변드립니다.
3. 계정을 지우지 않고 일부만 삭제하기
- 닉네임: 설정 → 닉네임에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 그 뒤의 판부터 새 이름으로 보입니다.
- 구매 기록: [email protected] 으로 요청해 주십시오. 그 뒤에는 구매를 복원하기 전까지 그 계정에서 "광고 제거" 가 동작하지 않습니다.
- 광고 ID: Android 설정 → Google → 광고 에서 재설정 · 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이 데이터는 회사가 아니라 Google 이 보관합니다.
판 결과는 한 건씩 지울 수 없습니다 — 함께 뛴 다른 이용자의 전적이기도 하기 때문입니다. 계정을 삭제하시면(1항) 모든 판과의 연결이 한꺼번에 끊깁니다(5항).

위 항목은 모두 하드 삭제입니다 — 표시만 남기는 것이 아니라 행 자체를 지웁니다. 같은 이메일로 다시 가입하실 수 있으며, 그 경우 이력이 없는 새 계정으로 시작합니다.
Google Play 에서 하신 구매 자체는 Google 계정에 남습니다. 다시 가입하신 뒤 설정 → 구매 복원 을 누르시면 "광고 제거" 가 돌아옵니다.
hetero8 로그인 계정은 같은 로그인을 쓰는 hetero8 게임들이 함께 쓰는 계정입니다(예: CANDY POP). 여기서 삭제해도 그 게임들이 보관하는 데이터는 지워지지 않습니다. 그 데이터도 지우시려면 그 게임에서 먼저 계정을 삭제하시거나, 메일로 요청해 주시면 함께 삭제합니다.
